I am Carl Clayton the Director of SINTO. Together with my colleague Gilly Pearce I run SINTO the Information Partnership for South Yorkshire and north Derbyshire. I started this job in 1996. Before that I worked at the Library Association (now CILIP) and previously I worked as a librarian at the Polytechnic of the South Bank, Charing Cross Medical School and Acton College.
