Next Generation 10 has now started.
The workbook for the People management 2 workshop is attached below. This has been sent out to all delegates.
I have also added the workbook for the People Management 3 workshop in July and the Belbin questionnaire.

Reflective Learning and Feedback
We are very keen to get feedback on the Next generation programme and each workshop. After each workshop I will invite you to fill in our Reflective Learning and Feedback form. You are also welcome to contribute to the threads (see below) or to e-mail me directly.
Later on in the programme I will be asking your line managers to provide feedback on the value of the course to the organisation.

Spam warning
One person has reported that an e-mail from me was blocked by their organisation's Spam checker and put in a "Possible spam" mailbox. This can happen with messages that are addressed to a large number of recipients.
