At the recent training event for raising awareness of mental health I recommended a book. In case you didn't take a note of the details it is called "I had a black dog" by Matthew Johnstone and the ISBN is 9781845295899.
I would welcome any feedback once you have had a chance to have a look at it. As I shared with you at the training seesion I have suffered several bouts of severe depression and I feel the book captures very well what it feels like to be depressed.
